About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our team at Eurowings Digital GmbH. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for working closely with our teams and stakeholders to ensure that our digital products run seamlessly with Airline Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize solutions that meet customer and business requirements.
  • Develop and prioritize the product backlog based on OKRs and the product vision.
  • Independently write user stories to build up a product backlog.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Back decisions through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
  • Lateral leadership of a squad, guiding them to success through collaborative decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience working as a Product Owner/Product Manager.
  • In-depth experience in developing both app and web products.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in quantitative and qualitative methods, such as A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Experience writing user stories to build up a product backlog.
  • Fluent business English skills, with other languages a plus.
