About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product / Brand Manager to join our team at KOA Germany GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our Food & Beverage product lines, aligning our offerings with market trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies to maximize sales revenue and profitability
  • Monitor market dynamics, including customer preferences, industry trends, and regulatory changes, and adjust category strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and manage product portfolio assortment, including assortment planning, selection, and optimization
  • Define and manage channel strategies, including selecting and managing channel partners to maximize sales performance and profitability
  • Develop and execute promotional plans to drive category sales and increase brand visibility
  • Determine pricing strategies and manage price positioning to optimize sales and profitability
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of the product portfolio and suppliers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in FMCG Product / Brand Management or ingredient marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in German and English, with a strong understanding of European markets and cultures
