Senior Digital Product Management Expert

Your Mission
- As a member of our Digital Products Team, your mission is to show our customers the path to value and success with our SaaS product.
- Identify industry trends, gather customer feedback, shape the product vision, and define the strategic product roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and account management teams to build new features that customers desire.
- Promote our product, create new qualified sales opportunities, build a relationship to key stakeholders, and be a trusted advisor for e-com brands in the field of post-purchase experience.
- Contribute to the scalability of the product and customer success through documentation and continuous process optimization.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, E-Commerce Manager, Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar role.
- Experience in E-Commerce or Omnichannel environment with a proven track record.
- Experience in working with demanding large, strategic global accounts.
- Translator of business needs with the ability to present the value of SaaS products and underlying processes to prospects.
- Growth mindset, self-motivated with an action-oriented positive attitude.
- Data-driven mindset, digital-savvy, and willing to learn new skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and German.
