Position: Customer Care Agent
Organization: MILES Mobility GmbH
Your Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary contact for our clientele
- Assist customers with a variety of concerns related to rentals, vehicles, application functionalities, and payment methods
- Manage customer inquiries through phone and email within a shift-based Service Center
- Effectively resolve issues with a focus on efficiency
- Compile comprehensive reports for colleagues and other departments regarding application or vehicle issues
- Deliver exceptional service by understanding and addressing customer requirements
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine passion for customer assistance
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with customer support software is advantageous
- Proficiency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus
- A collaborative team player with a positive mindset and commitment to superior customer service
- Empathy and a strong desire to support customers
