Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the initial point of contact for our customers, representing smava with professionalism.
- Deliver outstanding service and guidance to clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Manage inquiries from both prospective and current customers utilizing CRM systems.

Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support capacity.
- A genuine enthusiasm for customer service paired with excellent communication abilities.
- Competence in using computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Fluency in German, both spoken and written, at a native level.
