Aktuell suchen wir mehrere Customer Support Specialists (m/w/d) für den 1st Level Support in einem dynamischen IT-Umfeld. Diese Position ist in Teilzeit (20 Stunden pro Woche) verfügbar und kann nach der Einarbeitung größtenteils im Homeoffice oder remote ausgeführt werden.

AUFGABEN
  • Entgegennahme von Anfragen über Telefon, Ticketsystem und E-Mail
  • Unterstützung des 1st Level Supports bei der Analyse und Lösung technischer Probleme
  • Dokumentation der Supportvorgänge im Ticketsystem
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für IT-bezogene Anfragen und Probleme der Anwender
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Office Days in einer der angegebenen Lokationen
KENNTNISSE
  • Mindestens 0,5 Jahre Erfahrung im Kundenservice, Call Center oder IT-Support
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
  • IT-Affinität, auch Quereinsteiger mit soliden Grundkenntnissen im IT-Bereich sind willkommen
  • Kenntnisse in Windows und der Microsoft Office Produktpalette
  • Gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an einer Sicherheitsüberprüfung
