Director of Sales

AnyDesk Software is seeking a highly ambitious and results-driven Director of Sales to spearhead our commercial strategy and drive growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing sales activities, prioritizing initiatives, and collaborating with multiple departments to achieve our company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth across all customer segments.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to align with our company's objectives and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the end-to-end customer journey and ensure seamless execution.
  • Establish performance analysis, benchmarking, and measurement structures to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Operationalize the product sales strategy, considering all aspects of a revenue-driven sales organization.
  • Translate key strategic priorities into a sales strategy, including territory design, distribution strategy, customer segmentation, and annual resource planning.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in strategic sales roles and team management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage statistics to solve real-world sales and business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with product development teams.
  • Ability to navigate international markets and manage relationships across diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Well-versed in the dynamics of software sales psychology, with the ability to anticipate and respond to typical customer behaviors and buying patterns.
