Position Overview
This role is centered on assisting clients in leveraging the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) for their application initiatives as the preferred cloud platform. BTP serves as the catalyst for innovation through integration, extension, and analytical scenarios within the Intelligent Enterprise framework. As a BTP Customer Success Partner (CSP), you will engage with some of SAP's most strategic clients, utilizing cutting-edge SAP solutions to guide them.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively collaborate with clients to sustainably enhance the utilization of SAP BTP services, coordinating efforts with the Account Team.
- Evaluate overarching strategies, possess expertise in digital transformation, and provide guidance on both technical and business architectures.
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for SAP BTP, orchestrating success resources across SAP and client organizations, in line with the SAP BTP engagement framework.
- Assess client technical requirements and implement consumption strategies for your designated accounts.
- Offer insights and prepare clients to maximize the benefits of the solution, aligning with SAP's strategic vision and roadmap.
- Represent the voice of the client to internal SAP stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues from diverse teams, including Cloud Success Services, Account Teams, Pre-sales, Product Management, Support, Services, and Partners.
- A BTP-CSP Advisor may also be designated to provide premium subscription services to clients.
Qualifications
You will thrive in this position if:
- You possess over 3 years of experience in the IT sector, with a background in Software Engineering, Solution Management, Project/Product Management, Implementation, Pre-sales, Technical Customer Engagement, Customer Success, Proactive Support Services, or Consulting.
- You have a comprehensive understanding of one or more components of the SAP BTP portfolio, including the SAP BTP Extension and Integration Suite, Cloud Databases, Cloud Data Management, and Analytics Cloud Solutions.
- You are familiar with public cloud platforms and providers (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud). Certifications in enterprise architecture are advantageous.
- You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation abilities, with familiarity in design thinking methodologies being a plus.
- You can navigate complex organizational dynamics both within SAP and with external clients and partners.
- You are committed to continuous learning and can adapt to the unique business and cultural practices of various regions.
- You maintain a customer service-oriented mindset and possess strong customer empathy.
- You have a passion for learning new technologies and enjoy solving problems.
- Proficiency in the German language (C1 level) is required.
