Job Title: Logistics Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Proactive Global. As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics and warehouse function, ensuring the smooth delivery of goods to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall process and procedures within the logistics and warehouse operations, with the objective of improving cost, service, and flexibility for the business.
- Presentation of project proposals, progress, and best practice to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and improve metrics via data analysis, using internal and external reporting data.
- Support and identify Continuous Improvement plans in line with business objectives through scoping and costing of proposed improvements.
- Management and development of relationships with key stakeholders, including Supply Chain Development, Delivery Solutions, Logistics, Inbound Supply Chain, Finance, Legal & Technology.
- Support our culture by driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.
- Promote and improve Health and Safety metrics alongside our 3rd party logistics provider within our warehouses to support our business objectives.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of warehouse processes either on an analyst or manager level.
- Previous operational management experience of leading warehouse teams in an E–Commerce and retail environment.
- Working within and with 3PLs, supply chain partners, and automation with a record in improving customer journey, quality, and delivering cost-saving initiatives.
- Enhancing performance levels and KPI's through end-to-end supply chain management.
- History of identifying and improving warehouse processes using lean tools, removing waste & non-value add.
- Proven experience in presenting data, articulating the subject clearly and concisely.
- Collaborating with Tech & Warehouse teams and WMS systems to support improvements in our fulfilment centres.
- English language is essential, additional knowledge of German and/or Polish is highly welcome.
