Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join our team in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics and warehouse function, ensuring cost savings, improving customer experience, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics and warehouse function, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
- Cost Savings: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
- Customer Experience: Improve customer experience through efficient order fulfillment and delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement across the logistics and warehouse function.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including supply chain partners and logistics providers.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Travel: Occasional travel to other warehouse locations or the London head office may be required.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics management, preferably in an e-commerce and retail environment.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of warehouse processes and operations, including lean tools and waste reduction.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present data and articulate complex ideas.
- Language: English is essential, with additional knowledge of German and/or Polish highly welcome.
