Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Europe. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our B2B business in Europe, working closely with leading department stores, specialty retail stores, travel retail, and franchise partners. You will be a key partner to our Commercial Director Europe and will require strong partnership skills with key leaders across the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the B2B business in Europe, including account management, reporting, and analysis;
- Work with leading department stores, specialty retail stores, travel retail, and franchise partners in designated markets;
- Provide excellent customer service and advice to demanding luxury customers, with a flair for fashionable and quality leather products;
- Ensure the smooth daily business of wholesale cycles with analytical skills;
- Support the creation, planning, and implementation of sales promotional activities;
- Monitor and process all Controlled Retail (CR) customer orders;
- Prepare and manage marketing activities, POS events, and influencer collaborations;
- Oversee pricing and inventory control;
- Steer monthly AR meetings and assist the finance team with dunning for customers;
- Support and prepare sales analyses and presentations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of solid and relevant wholesale experience in the luxury retail industry, preferably with travel retail and franchise experience;
- Advanced experience in strategic and operative implementation of digital marketing activities;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment, with experience working on complex, national, large-scale, time-critical projects;
- Fluent in German and English is a must;
- Ability to work independently and be hands-on;
- Attention to details, strong analytical mind with excellent time management skills;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Excel literate and immediate level of Microsoft Office;
- SAP skills;
- A strong and passionate team player;
- Flexibility to travel in Europe.
