Position: Junior Solutions Architect

Project Overview: Customer Experience (CX) Unit

Role Summary:

The Junior Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in supporting the Customer Experience (CX) unit at Thrive IT Systems Ltd. This position is focused on the design, development, and management of comprehensive solutions aimed at enhancing the travel experience for users. Collaboration with various business units is essential to ensure that digital products are strategically developed to meet both customer expectations and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Development:
    • Create solution architectures that are in line with client business needs while optimizing IT infrastructure and applications.
    • Oversee the development process to ensure adherence to quality standards and timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Collaboration:
    • Engage with development teams and stakeholders to guarantee that solutions are aligned with business objectives.
    • Document and communicate solution architectures utilizing established architectural practices and frameworks.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential technical risks and formulate strategies for mitigation.
  • On-Call Support:
    • Provide after-hours support to swiftly address operational disruptions.
    • Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders during on-call periods.

Project Details:

Location: The primary work will be conducted at the location of external specialists, with potential for on-site collaboration as necessary.

Workload: The expected workload is set at 220 PT annually, subject to adjustments based on business needs.

Technical Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years as a technical product owner, overseeing at least one application within the last 2 years.
    • Proficient in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
    • ITIL 4 certification with practical application in the field.
    • At least 2 years of experience managing Oracle databases, including troubleshooting and installation of scripts.
    • Experience in providing 24/7 on-call support for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Skills:
    • Language Proficiency: Fluency in German (B2 or higher) is required; preference will be given to native speakers or those with certification.
