About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our team, responsible for leading complex business analysis, defining functional requirements, and designing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies
- Coordinate small, Agile implementation projects or act as an independent leader of a project area
- Develop and implement business solutions, ensuring quality and meeting client expectations
- Collaborate with software developers and IT architects to drive project success
- Act as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, facilitating workshops and driving communication
- Support B2B sales activities and contribute to business growth
About the Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance
- Understanding of insurance companies or banks, including their key processes and business models
- Experience in functional design of IT solutions and running IT implementations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to ensure quality of deliverables
- Experience in team management and taking responsibility for team results
- Ability to work in Germany and the European Union on a full-time basis
- At least a bachelor's degree
- Great command of English and German language, with the ability to collaborate with English native speakers
