Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage IT projects in the areas of RIS (Radiology Information System), cardiology, and intensive care medicine.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and accompany the management of IT projects in the areas of RIS, cardiology, and intensive care medicine
- Manage the entire project cycle, from requirements to implementation
- Time, resource, and budget management, and definition of milestones
- Creation of project management plans, schedules, installation plans, and other necessary project documents
- Management of performance adjustments (scope & budget) in the event of changes to the framework conditions during the course of the project (change management)
- Coordination and motivation of all project staff and stakeholders to achieve the project goals in the best possible way
- Escalation & risk management of the assigned projects
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the clinical/medical field, e.g., as an IT project manager or as a doctor or nurse with experience in IT project management
- Knowledge of holistic project management and its individual phases (requirements management, stakeholder communication, implementation)
- Practical knowledge of hospital IT or alternatively a very good understanding of this from application
- Communicative and analytical character
- Very good written and spoken German
