Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Operations suchen wir unbefristet einen Regional Operations Manager (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Leitung und operative Steuerung der zugeordneten Standorte unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmenskennzahlen sowie die Führung und Weiterentwicklung Deiner Mitarbeiter.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg und die Optimierung der operativen Leistung in der Region, basierend auf quantitativen und qualitativen Analysen (z. B. Soll-Ist-Vergleiche, Kosten-Nutzen-Analysen, Kennzahlen).
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass alle Unternehmensstandards im technischen und administrativen Bereich eingehalten werden.
  • Du trägst zur effizienten Planung der Arbeitsabläufe bei und gewährleistest eine ordnungsgemäße Rechnungsstellung sowie die Verwaltung der Kundengelder an Deinen Standorten.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung einer kundenorientierten Personalplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit Deinen Mitarbeitern und der Planungsstelle und stellst die korrekte Abbildung der Mitarbeiterverfügbarkeit im Terminplan sicher.
  • Zusätzlich unterstützt Du bei der Schadenfeststellung an Kundenfahrzeugen sowie bei Beratungs- und Verkaufsgesprächen, einschließlich Zusatzartikel entlang der Customer Journey.
  • Im Bereich der Kundenakquise und -pflege besuchst Du lokale Partner und unterstützt bei der Planung und Durchführung regionaler Verkaufsveranstaltungen.
  • Du bist der Ansprechpartner für die Bearbeitung von Beschwerdefällen in Abstimmung mit relevanten internen Abteilungen.
  • In besonderen Situationen unterstützt Du die Kollegen vor Ort bei der Montage und Reparatur von Fahrzeugscheiben.

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung und idealerweise einen Meister im KFZ-/Glasbereich.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit Führungsverantwortung sowie praktische operative Kenntnisse mit.
  • Du verfügst über ein stark ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie ein hohes Verständnis für Standards und deren Umsetzung.
  • Eine hohe Mitarbeiterorientierung und die Bereitschaft, Menschen bei ihrer persönlichen Weiterentwicklung zu unterstützen, sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch eine hohe Kunden-, Dienstleistungs- und Serviceorientierung aus und überzeugst durch eine selbstständige, strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Sichere MS-Office und PC-Kenntnisse sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und bist bereit, Deine Funktion an verschiedenen Standorten zu übernehmen.
