About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at KINEXON. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the sports industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to our clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to our sports technology products.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our product development and engineering teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and to advocate for improvements in our products and services.
  • Customer Project Ownership: Take ownership of customer projects, providing technical guidance and support throughout the entire lifecycle, from implementation to ongoing maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: You have successfully completed studies in a relevant field, such as computer science or sports technology. We welcome fresh graduates who are technically savvy and/or young professionals with up to 3 years of work experience in a customer service role or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: You have gathered first experiences with the Linux operating system and feel comfortable with IT networks, including TCP/UDP.
  • Travel and Flexibility: You are willing to travel occasionally (1-2 times per quarter) and work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings.
  • Passion for Sports Technology: You are interested in groundbreaking technologies, such as IoT, and have maybe already gathered first experiences with sports technology.
