Job Summary
We're looking for a mid-career leader with a proven track record in sales leadership, who can drive growth and success in our rapidly expanding organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, with experience in leading new business teams and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of new business reps targeting different industry verticals, including automotive, manufacturing, aviation, military, and defense.
- Develop and execute a growth strategy to drive revenue expansion across the German market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CxO-level audiences, communicating technical and business value.
- Coach and develop team members on sales best practices, including MEDDIC/MEDDPICC framework.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in new business SaaS teams.
- Disruptive software background, selling complex SaaS deals.
- Ability to work remotely in Germany and travel frequently.
- Comfortable dealing with CxO-level audiences and speaking both technical and business language.
- MEDDIC/MEDDPICC experience highly desirable, and exposure to coaching a team on the framework.
- Engineering or Mechanical technology background preferred.
