About the Role

ZTE Deutschland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Solution Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing market strategies and product development plans to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Strategy and Product Development: Develop and implement market strategies and product development plans to drive business growth and success.
  2. Technical Marketing and Business Development: Participate in various marketing activities, demonstrate product technical solutions, and conduct technical exchanges with customers to promote market development and promotion activities.
  3. Project Bidding and Management: Responsible for project bidding, including pre-bid leading, bid organization, technical plan, project clarification and negotiation, contract signing, etc.
  4. Customer Communication and Relationship Management: Prepare technical product and solution introduction materials, cooperate with customer managers to participate in customer communication meetings, understand, analyze and evaluate customers' specific requirements and project feasibility.
  5. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor degree in telecommunications, IT or equivalent; fixed-network related working experience preferred; adapt to work with different cultures in complex environments, working in virtual teams; continuous learning ability and an open mind; good interpersonal skills and ability; English and German in business level; Chinese in business level (optional, but welcome).
