Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly proficient Senior Sales Engineer who excels in an individual contributor capacity, bridging the gap between client requirements and Market Logic's cutting-edge AI solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will independently navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, showcasing our products' unique value in addressing critical business and insights challenges.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with our Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure our solutions not only meet but exceed client expectations. Your ability to convey complex technical solutions in a clear, value-oriented manner will be pivotal in driving successful client interactions and enhancing our market presence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Lead workshops to thoroughly understand client workflows, challenges, and business needs, establishing a solid foundation for effective solution design.
  • Impactful Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling software demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate the value proposition of Market Logic's solutions, customized to each client's specific requirements.
  • Strategic Consulting: Offer expert advice to clients, recommending solutions that address their current challenges and anticipate future needs, assisting them in navigating both business and IT landscapes.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work with Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure client business requirements are fulfilled and that feedback is seamlessly integrated into ongoing product innovation.
  • Proposal Crafting: Take ownership of developing detailed responses to RFx requests and crafting solution proposals that highlight our strengths and competitive advantages.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience as a full-time presales solution consultant, preferably in a SaaS technology environment.
  • Independent Contributor: Proven ability to work autonomously, managing your pipeline and driving results without direct oversight.
  • Effective Communicator: Strong capability to articulate Market Logic's products and business solutions, focusing on demonstrating value and addressing the challenges faced by business and insights stakeholders.
  • Sales Cycle Acumen: Deep understanding of the sales cycle, with a clear perspective on where Sales Engineers provide the most value and how they can expedite deal closure.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cloud-based SaaS solutions and experience within industries such as FMCG, pharma, or other enterprise sectors.
  • Industry Representation: Ability to represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and related events, showcasing thought leadership and expertise.
