YOUR ROLEEmbark on an exciting journey as a Principal Engineer in AI Innovations, focusing on Generative AI (GenAI) at CHAPTR. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of AI technology. In this dynamic position, you will:
- Drive and Innovate: Lead the charge in developing groundbreaking GenAI products for the future.
- Research and Develop: Engage in foundational AI projects and introduce new ideas that will transform sectors such as content, media, and entertainment.
- Lead and Inspire: Steer CHAPTR's efforts in the rapidly evolving AI landscape, ensuring we lead the GenAI sector.
Become a key contributor to the technological evolution at CHAPTR. Your contributions will redefine how businesses and consumers interact with AI, positioning you as a leader in the field.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Enhance AI Functionality: Implement and refine Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and develop applications powered by large language models for optimal performance.
- Multimodal AI Engineering: Fine-tune multimodal models to effectively process various data types across different media.
- AI System Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI systems utilizing MLOps practices, from development to deployment.
- Advanced AI Design: Create tailored evaluations and autonomous AI systems for intricate tasks.
- Continuous Learning and Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, including agentive frameworks and reinforcement learning.
- Tool Integration: Manage the incorporation of LLM-enabled software tools to enhance AI applications.
- Knowledge Improvement: Collaborate with knowledge graphs to enhance the contextual understanding of AI models.
- Collaborative Development: Work alongside fellow AI Engineers to implement and validate models for a variety of challenges.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Python with a proven history of deploying large language models.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in AI frameworks such as PyTorch and various technologies relevant to AI development.
- MLOps Knowledge: Extensive experience in managing model lifecycles and data management.
- NLP Expertise: Experience in building and deploying NLP solutions with a focus on model training.
- AI Infrastructure: Familiarity with modern AI infrastructure that supports LLM deployment.
- Knowledge Graphs: Practical experience in developing and implementing knowledge graphs for AI enhancement.
- Innovative Approach: Awareness of the latest AI trends and technologies to apply in transformative ways.
