Als Head of Business Development umfasst die Rolle die Leitung der Entwicklung und Umsetzung bahnbrechender Projekte im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien in Deutschland. Die Expertise des Kandidaten wird entscheidend für die Überwachung wichtiger Projektelemente wie Genehmigungen, Landakquise, Netzanschluss, Marktzugang und Stakeholder-Engagement sein. Mit einem umfangreichen lokalen Netzwerk werden Sie strategische Geschäftsmöglichkeiten identifizieren und nutzen. Die Fähigkeit, Projekte von der Idee bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss zu führen, unterstützt durch eine nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz in der Projektabwicklung, wird für diese Rolle entscheidend sein.

Sie werden einem engagierten Team von Fachleuten beitreten und eine Schlüsselrolle in unserer Wachstumsreise spielen, indem Sie die Expansion von BESS-Projekten in Deutschland leiten. Dies beinhaltet die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Stakeholdern wie Verteil- und Übertragungsnetzbetreibern, Grundstückseigentümern, lokalen Behörden und Versorgungsunternehmen sowie internen Stakeholdern aus den Bereichen Planung, Recht, Finanzen und dem Ingenieurwesen.

Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortung
  • Identifikation neuer Geschäftstrends, Marktmöglichkeiten und potenzieller Wachstumsbereiche
  • Rückmeldung der Marktlage an die Hauptniederlassung in Schweden zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Dienstleistungen und Lösungen
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen Marketingabteilung zur Erarbeitung einer Markteingangsstrategie
  • Betreuung der Projekte beginnend mit den ersten Kontaktaufnahmen bis zur Vertragsabwicklung und Übergabe an das Konstruktionsteam
  • Anbahnung und Pflege von Beziehungen zu potenziellen Kunden wie Übertragungsnetzbetreibern, Entwicklern, Industrie- und Immobilienunternehmen, die an der Entwicklung und der Implementierung von BESS-Lösungen interessiert sind
  • Erstellung überzeugender Angebote für Ausschreibungen und Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Teams von Ingrid Capacity
  • Leitung der Geschäftsentwicklung von Ingrid in Deutschland und Identifikation und Leitung potenzieller Expansionen in angrenzende Märkte
  • Implementierung strategischer Pläne innerhalb des Aufgabenbereichs zur Erreichung der Wachstumsziele des Unternehmens
  • Aktives Risikomanagement während des gesamten Geschäftsentwicklungsprozesses und Sicherstellung, dass alle Prozesse den relevanten lokalen und internationalen Gesetzen entsprechen
  • Agieren als Hauptansprechpartner für relevante Stakeholder aus der Geschäftsentwicklungsperspektive und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Ingenieurteam, Lieferanten und Partnern zur Entwicklung der besten BESS-Projekte oder -Lösungen für jedes Projekt
  • Stärkung von Beziehungen und Bildung effektiver Partnerschaften mit wichtigen Branchenakteuren
  • Aufbau und Unterstützung eines lokalen Teams sowie aktives Erfolgstracking
  • Suche und Verwaltung von Partnerschaften unter Zielkunden und -märkten und Sicherstellung, dass Partnerschaften effektiv priorisiert werden
  • Unterstützung bei M&A-Aktivitäten, einschließlich Bewertung und Evaluierung von Projekten und Vermögenswerten
