Position Overview

Cinemo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Engineer to join our Customer Project Management department. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our customers to deliver successful projects and provide technical support for our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage small-scale customer projects and contribute to complex ones, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Proactively identify, prioritize, and drive the resolution of project and customer issues.
  • Plan, manage, and test customer releases, ensuring seamless integration with our products.
  • Provide first-line technical customer support, analyzing and solving customer issues using customer and reference hardware.
  • Act as a technical interface between our customers and internal departments, formulating their needs during the project phase.
  • Develop a deep technical understanding of our products, enabling autonomous addressing of customer technical needs.
  • Contribute to the enrichment of our online knowledge database, providing answers to functional and technical questions that benefit both customers and internal team members.
Requirements:
  • College, Bachelor's, or University degree in a relevant field.
  • Understanding of software engineering processes and complex technical issues.
  • Significant experience in an Engineer role, with a proven track record of managing small-scale projects.
  • Very good knowledge of C++, Kotlin, and Java programming languages.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with Android.
  • Experience with online services and the automotive sector is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for efficient collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Well-organized with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English.
