Your key responsibilities will include:
\u2022 Providing technical support to customers via phone, ticket, and chat
\u2022 Conducting online demonstrations of our software solutions to showcase their functionality and benefits
\u2022 Identifying customer needs and forwarding requests to our sales department
\u2022 Collaborating with the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
Requirements:
\u2022 University degree in economics or relevant vocational education
\u2022 Fluency in German and English (other languages are a plus)
\u2022 Windows/Mac user knowledge desirable
\u2022 At least some experience in customer-facing roles or sales
\u2022 Determination, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
\u2022 Strong communication skills and passion for working with people
