Trainee Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trainee Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating and organizing tasks to ensure timely completion, and receiving and entering orders into our internal system.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and orders from both domestic and international clients.
- Coordinate and organize tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Provide written and telephone customer support.
- Receive and enter orders into our internal system.
- Share responsibility for order processing and monitoring deadlines.
Requirements
- Chemical background is preferred.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- PC skills (MS Office) are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, customer-focused.
- Flexible, resilient, pleasant telephone manner.
- Experience in organizing and coordinating tasks.
