Are you passionate about optimizing business processes and improving operational efficiency? Do you have a strong background in quality management and business process design? We're looking for a skilled Business Process Management Development Manager to join our team at DPDgroup.

About the Role

As a Business Process Management Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing a Business Process Management framework across Geopost Europe Cross-Border Operations. You will work closely with the Director BPM and Standards, Operations Process and Standards Managers, and Stream leads to prioritize BPM development and agree on the development of Operations Documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a Business Process Management framework across Geopost Europe Cross-Border Operations
  • Work closely with the Operations Process and Standards Managers on BPM development priorities
  • Agree priorities for the development of Operations Documents with Stream leads
  • Support process mapping efforts to achieve high-quality and easy-to-understand process maps
  • Coordinate input from Business Units and Central Streams for the development of Operational Processes, Policies, Standards, Procedures, etc.
  • Develop, write, and ensure agreement of high-quality Operations Documents
  • Maintain all agreed and finalized documents in the relevant Operations Document Management Systems, including the Intranet
Requirements

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in quality management and business process design. You should have:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Quality Management and Business Process design
  • Comprehensive knowledge and thorough understanding of DMAIC and other process improvement methodologies and tools
  • Strong organizational and program/project management skills
  • Experience in Stakeholder management in relation to program/project management
  • Experience in developing and writing high-quality Policy, Standards, and Procedures documents
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to effectively communicate within the organization
