About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global System Process Owner Warehousing to join our team at KION Group IT. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining process steps and deviations in the area of responsibility, promoting standardization, and supporting regions/sites in scope validation and evaluation of scope extensions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define process steps and deviations in the area of responsibility
  • Promote standardization and support regions/sites in scope validation and evaluation of scope extensions
  • Proactively identify and propose new opportunities for standardization to improve processes
  • Manage and coordinate the design of new requirements and communicate decisions into the organization
  • Coordinate and actively manage the global key user network
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for local key users or other business unit members and manage deliverables (create, validate, test, deploy, train)
Requirements
  • Completed university studies in business informatics, business administration, engineering, or similar, or a completed apprenticeship and relevant professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in the area of SAP - MM or in a comparable work environment
  • Experienced in problem-solving with local key users and IT
  • Very good knowledge in the elicitation and documentation of business processes and the creation of requirement specifications
  • Good communication skills in English, German is a plus
