Job Overview

Position Summary

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the competencies of our worldwide Sales teams by crafting and overseeing educational pathways in collaboration with subject matter experts and diverse cross-functional groups.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop educational materials for designated business sectors in partnership with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement divisions.
  • Establish and uphold performance metrics related to capability, including dashboards and analytical reporting.
  • Foster cultural transformation through innovative educational techniques and track advancements against key performance indicators.
  • Improve instructional delivery methods for training modules.
  • Integrate new technologies for training execution and ongoing enhancement.
  • Oversee the global rollout of training modules to ensure adherence and certification.
  • Create scalable educational strategies and disseminate best practices across various regions.
  • Revamp sales channels to deliver new insights and expedite revenue growth.

Your Qualifications

  • Proficient in Learning and Development with a commercial background in the Healthcare industry.
  • Possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience and a Master's degree in applicable fields.
  • Demonstrated success in organizational change and transformation management.
  • Strategic thinker with robust analytical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with effective educational methodologies in a clinical environment.
  • Experience with e-learning systems and project oversight.
  • Fluent in both German and English; proficiency in an additional European language is advantageous.
