International Client Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Are you enthusiastic about overseeing international client accounts and ensuring their success throughout the entire process? FutureLog AG, a prominent provider of cutting-edge procurement solutions, is seeking an Operations Account Manager to become part of our vibrant team. This position offers a thrilling opportunity to engage on a global level, concentrating on pre-sales advisory, onboarding, and post-sales assistance. The role reports directly to the COO. If you are prepared to represent FutureLog's Operations to our major clients and contribute to their satisfaction and growth, we would like to hear from you.
Core Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales Advisory: Assist sales teams during the pre-sales stage with product demonstrations and requirements analysis, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client.
- Onboarding Management: Direct new client projects, coordinating setup, integration, and training activities across all Operations functions, including customer success management, supplier relationship management, and master data management.
- Client Lifecycle Management: Support large international accounts with analytics, change management, and incident management throughout their entire lifecycle, maintaining a consistent focus on client satisfaction.
- Operational Liaison: Serve as the primary Operations contact for global clients, collaborating closely with sales roles to ensure aligned strategies and objectives.
- Account Growth: Develop a thorough understanding of client needs and challenges to successfully expand these accounts.
- Standardization: Create a scalable approach for account management, utilizing systems, processes, and templates effectively to achieve and exceed performance targets.
Key Competencies:
- Project Management Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing intricate projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Client-Focused Mindset: Strong emphasis on client satisfaction and the ability to cultivate enduring relationships with international clients.
- Operational Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of operations functions such as customer success management, supplier relationship management, and master data management.
- Collaborative Approach: Ability to work effectively alongside sales roles and across various functions within the organization.
- Global Insight: Experience in managing international accounts and understanding diverse cultural and business environments.
- Industry Expertise: Background in the hospitality sector is essential; experience in SaaS or e-procurement is advantageous.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English and German. Proficiency in French and other languages is a plus.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel internationally up to approximately 25% of the time.
