About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Knowledge Analyst to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the development of our real estate knowledge assets and supporting our case and proposal teams with industry expertise and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain our real estate knowledge assets, including research, analysis, and expert advisory
  • Support case and proposal teams with industry expertise and insights
  • Collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients
  • Drive the commercialization of our real estate knowledge assets, including marketing efforts, conferences, and publications
  • Assist with on-boarding, training, and guiding junior colleagues and share best practices within the team

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of consulting experience in real estate required; candidates with consulting experience preferred
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience in real estate finance strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
  • Fluency in English; German and/or French is a plus
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment
