Wir sind eine inhabergeführte, digitale Agentur mit Hauptsitz in Köln Ehrenfeld und weiteren Standorten in Berlin Kreuzberg, Hamburg und München. Auf dich warten insgesamt 260 motivierte denkwerker:innen aus 28 Nationen, davon etwa 180 Kolleg:innen am Kölner Standort. Wir schaffen einzigartige digitale Produkte für verschiedene Kunden wie z. B. Congstar, DeepL, ESPRIT, Mainova, Microsoft, Motel One, STIEBEL ELTRON und STORCK.

Deine Rolle

Als **Digital Product Manager** bringst du fundierte Skills in der Teamführung sowie Leidenschaft und Know-how für das gesamte technische Spektrum digitaler Projekte mit. Du unterstützt branchenübergreifend namenhafte Kunden bei der Umsetzung innovativer Lösungen. Du übernimmst die fachliche sowie disziplinarische Führung eines starken Developer-Teams und unterstützt diese für einen reibungslosen Projekt-Ablauf auch mal direkt am Code.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Die Entwicklung anspruchsvoller und Webapplikationen
  • Die Einhaltung von Budget- und Zeit-Vorgaben sowie der Qualität sicherstellen
  • Die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams
  • Die Umsetzung innovativer Lösungen für Kunden
  • Die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams und Abteilungen
