About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team at Simon-Kucher & Partners. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering and rolling out our SK Loyalty SaaS suite to multiple financial services clients in parallel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery and roll-out of our SK Loyalty SaaS suite to multiple financial services clients in parallel.
  • Conduct client-specific delivery and client-specific customization projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Work on technical solution presentations and proposals, initiating the contracting process.
  • Perform requirements engineering with business and technical stakeholders, concepting and estimating the optimal solution.
  • Consult business and technical stakeholders on implementing and integrating software.
  • Support sales and consulting teams through discovery meetings and client demos.
  • Provide product training to clients and serve as the key contact person during the hyper-care phase.
  • Offer key feedback to product management for the general product roadmap.
  • Remain a key contact for major clients and conduct proof of value projects.
About You
  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, with first experience in IT consulting or software implementations.
  • You possess technical expertise to create and discuss technical concepts with IT stakeholders and developers.
  • You have first experience with IT project management and agile methodologies.
  • You have knowledge of and enthusiasm for technology trends and digital topics, including cloud technologies, app development, and AI concepts.
  • You have refined problem-solving skills to translate business needs into digital solutions.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, working proactively, reliably, and enthusiastically with clients, consultants, and developers.
  • You are fluent in English and German.
  • You possess industry knowledge in Banking and Financial Services in the German market.
