Integrations Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to join our team as an Integrations Specialist in a kindergarten setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to a child with a high IQ in a preschool environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one support to a 5-year-old child with a high IQ in a kindergarten setting.
- Assist in the transition to elementary school and provide ongoing support during the elementary school years.
- Offer alternative activities to prevent boredom and create opportunities for the child to learn and grow.
- Help the child develop social skills and interact with peers.
- Collaborate with the child's caregivers and educators to ensure a smooth transition and provide ongoing support.
- Help the child develop emotional regulation skills and manage challenging behaviors.
- Support the child's integration into the kindergarten group and help them find playmates.
- Assist in maintaining a calm and organized environment, and help the child develop routines and structures.
- Pflegehelfer, Sozialassistent, Heilerzieher, Erzieher (jeweils staatlich anerkannt) (m/w/d)
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an asset.
- Knowledge of social pedagogy and child development principles.
- Empathy, reliability, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions.
- Basic computer skills.
- Initiative and willingness to continue learning and developing skills.
