We are seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to join our team as an Integrations Specialist in a kindergarten setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to a child with a high IQ in a preschool environment.

• Provide one-to-one support to a 5-year-old child with a high IQ in a kindergarten setting.
• Assist in the transition to elementary school and provide ongoing support during the elementary school years.
• Offer alternative activities to prevent boredom and create opportunities for the child to learn and grow.
• Help the child develop social skills and interact with peers.
• Collaborate with the child's caregivers and educators to ensure a smooth transition and provide ongoing support.
• Assist in creating a calm and comfortable environment for the child to learn and grow.
• Help the child develop emotional regulation skills and manage their behavior.
• Support the child's integration into the kindergarten group and help them find playmates.
• Assist in maintaining a structured daily routine and preventing changes that may disrupt the child's routine.

• Pflegehelfer, Sozialassistent, Heilerzieher, Erzieher (jeweils staatlich anerkannt) (m/w/d)
• Previous experience in a similar role would be an asset.
• Knowledge of the social pedagogical field.
• Empathy, reliability, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
