Supplier Quality Assurance Lead at LAPP Group

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and enhance supplier performance in accordance with VDA 6.3, APQP, and IATF standards.
  • Assess manufacturability, machine capability, and implement effective process monitoring.
  • Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and oversee calibration, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and monitoring through RunRate.
  • Perform root cause analysis utilizing the 8D methodology for addressing customer and supplier issues.
  • Advance LAPP Mobility supplier management initiatives and enhance supplier quality metrics.
  • Engage in project discussions, facilitate FMEA workshops, and collaborate closely with the procurement department.
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a technical degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in quality management and familiarity with Automotive Core Tools.
  • Certification as an Auditor in IATF, VDA 6.3, and Quality Management Basics (QMB).
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility, coupled with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, MiniTab, and BabTec Module FMEA.
  • Fluency in English and a willingness to travel internationally.
