Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Flexible across Germany; including Stuttgart, Munich, Dusseldorf, Wolfsburg, Hamburg, Berlin, Osnabruck

Key Responsibilities

  • Guarantee superior quality of components and functionalities at client locations through quality methodologies such as Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D, and Ishikawa.
  • Oversee quality management initiatives to meet quality objectives throughout the product development cycle.
  • Engage actively in the problem management process to ensure seamless production.
  • Specialist in supplier quality assurance for components and manufacturing procedures.
  • Assess and select new suppliers, formulating strategies for ongoing enhancement.
  • Perform supplier audits to pinpoint quality challenges and devise solutions.
  • Monitor supplier performance and coordinate quality enhancement strategies.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of quality documentation and processes.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic about Quality, Supply Chain, and Automotive sectors.
  • Technical expertise with an emphasis on engineering.
  • Proven experience in automotive supplier and quality management.
  • Familiarity with project management, quality methodologies, and software tools.
  • Proficient in both German and English.
  • Prepared to travel and work with flexibility.
