Überblick

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, der unsere Organisation bei der Umsetzung unseres Ethik- und Compliance-Management-Systems unterstützt.

Aufgaben

  • Umsetzung des Ethik- und Compliance-Management-Systems (CSM)
  • Führung interner Untersuchungen und Audits (insbesondere in Bezug auf Untreue, Korruption, Betrug, wettbewerbsrechtliche Sachverhalte und Diskriminierung)
  • Aufarbeitung von Verdachtsfällen und Erarbeitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Koordinierung der Compliance-Systeme
  • Durchführung von Schulungen im Bereich Ethik und Compliance
  • Entwicklung und Management des Netzwerks für Ethik und Compliance in den Unternehmen der ENGIE Deutschland
  • Leitung des Ethik- und Compliance-Teams und Berichterstattung an den Chief Legal Officer

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften zum Volljuristen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Compliance und Risikomanagement, idealerweise in der Bau-, Dienstleistungs- oder Energiesektor
  • Ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Verständnis und Anwendungserfahrung im Bereich Compliance
  • Erfahrungen im Strafrecht und Compliance-Management, insbesondere Kenntnisse zu den Standards IDW PS 980 und ISO 37001
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und gute Englischkenntnisse (C1)
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der ENGIE Deutschland
