About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Academic Operations Manager at Hochschule Macromedia. This is a full-time, permanent position that will be based at our campus in Berlin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage academic operations at the campus level, including the implementation of processes to ensure compliance with study and examination regulations.
  • Provide support to students and faculty members in matters related to academic affairs.
  • Promote the library and its resources to students and faculty, including cataloging, inventory management, and research assistance.
  • Support the local academic administration team in various projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate student initiatives and events.

Requirements

  • Relevant administrative experience, preferably in an academic setting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Good English language skills, both written and spoken (desirable).
