Academic Lecturer in Data Analytics

We are seeking a highly qualified Academic Lecturer in Data Analytics to join our team at GUS Germany GmbH. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the field of data analytics.
Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Curriculum Development
- Design and deliver high-quality academic modules in data analytics, aligned with our curriculum and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Student Support and Guidance
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students, including academic advising and mentoring.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure students meet academic standards.
- Research and Professional Development
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in data analytics, and incorporate this knowledge into your teaching and research.
- Contribute to the development of research projects and initiatives that align with our academic programs.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement academic programs, and contribute to the development of our faculty.
- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless academic operations.
- Education and Qualifications
- PhD or DBA in a relevant field, or a Master's degree with significant industry experience.
- Teaching and Research Experience
- Proven teaching experience in higher education, with a focus on data analytics or a related field.
- A strong research background, with a track record of publications and presentations in the field of data analytics.
- Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to academic operations.
