Key Responsibilities

  • Market and Legal Trend Monitoring: Monitor market trends and legal initiatives to propose development strategies for contract management.
  • Contract Assessment and Control: Coordinate team activities for contract assessment and control.
  • Employee Development: Conduct employee meetings and support training needs to enhance team performance.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Promote internal and interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve business objectives.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
  • Customer Representation: Represent the department at customer events to build relationships and promote business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in medicine, science, pharmacy, or economics.
  • Leadership Experience: Prior leadership experience in healthcare with budget responsibilities.
  • Healthcare Economics: Understanding of healthcare economics and its application in contract management.
  • Team Leadership Skills: Team leadership skills with a hands-on mentality to drive team performance.
