Business Development Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Strategy Team as an Intern. The successful candidate will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive business growth for Care Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights.
  • Assist in the development of business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and profitability in the areas of Cleaning, Cosmetics, Actives, and Base Ingredients portfolio.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in the development of presentations and reports to communicate strategic initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to ensure successful project execution.
  • Support the development of project plans and timelines, track progress against key milestones.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide regular project updates to the Strategy team.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
