Position Overview

As a Senior Paid Social Manager, you will take complete responsibility for the Paid Social strategy and execution across your designated markets. This includes essential functions such as analyzing performance metrics, managing budgets, and forecasting future trends. In this crucial position, you will also pinpoint opportunities for growth and align these initiatives with the overarching market strategy. Your contributions will not only enhance your market but also play a vital role in achieving our broader organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

You will actively implement and refine Paid Social campaigns (across various funnel stages) from conception to post-launch analysis on key social media platforms (primarily Meta and TikTok), fostering a culture of rigorous testing and optimization. You will champion a culture of testing and optimization, proactively assessing and uncovering growth opportunities. Approach your work with curiosity. Conduct in-depth data analysis and strategic insights generation, transforming raw data into actionable strategies that will enhance channel performance and market expansion. You will be accountable for crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies and campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to boost channel growth while collaborating closely with both local and central teams. You will lead and manage several critical projects aimed at enhancing team performance (including areas such as Creative, Technology, and Application). This will involve cross-functional initiatives requiring collaboration with multiple teams. You should be adept at driving improvements in CAC, CTR, CVR, and operational efficiencies. Qualifications

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in online marketing, with a strong emphasis and proven success in Paid Social. An entrepreneurial mindset, capable of strategically collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on value-driven projects that align with marketing initiatives and overall business objectives. Exceptional communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders, crafting clear narratives regarding market or project performance to ensure transparency. Ability to mentor team members, fostering their development and enhancing their knowledge and expertise. Highly analytical, with the ability to source necessary data and generate actionable insights and recommendations for performance enhancement. Proficient in Facebook Business Manager, Excel, and standard analytical tools such as Google Analytics. Familiarity with Smarty, SQL, Google App Script, or Python is a significant advantage. A strong desire to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with adapting quickly to shifting targets and objectives. Proficiency in English is essential.
