Head of Global Brand Strategy

Join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the brand and communication strategies on a global scale. As the Head of Global Brand Strategy, you will play a key role in shaping Remote's image and expanding our reach in the global HR and remote work industry.

  • Proven experience in senior marketing roles
  • Expertise in Brand and Communications at a global level
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with analytical mindset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement brand communication strategies, set goals, and analyze market trends.
  • Messaging and Content Creation: Create compelling brand messages and oversee content development.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders and promote internal brand culture.
  • Media Relations and Public Relations: Build relationships with media outlets, manage public relations campaigns.
  • Social Media: Manage social media presence and implement digital marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management: Allocate resources efficiently for maximum impact.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and establish team goals.

Compensation Philosophy: We offer fair and competitive compensation above in-location rates. The base salary range for this position is $145,300-$204,300 USD, subject to various factors.
