Location: Flexible within Italy, Spain, or the United States (office-based).

Key Responsibilities:

Objective:

  • Oversee pricing strategies and promotional activities for the Food Colorants category to enhance consumer attraction.
  • Manage vendor relationships and product assortment effectively.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability to ensure sustainable business expansion.

Expertise Required:

Demonstrated experience as a category leader in Food Colorants.

  • In-depth understanding of category management, marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Proficient in data analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of marketing and sales fundamentals.
Primary Duties:
  • Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify trends within the Food Colorants sector.
  • Deliver client-focused insights regarding product offerings and category performance.
  • Formulate exit strategies for underperforming products.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with vendors to optimize pricing and service quality.
  • Ensure product availability aligns with consumer demand through strategic ordering.
  • Define product category positioning to enhance visibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to establish competitive pricing and promotional strategies.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:
