Job Title: Global Category Manager Food Colours B2B

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Category Manager to lead our Food Colours business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving profitability, and developing strategic partnerships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform category development and pricing strategies.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate better pricing and quality of services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of category plans.
  • Monitor and report on category performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in category management, marketing, or sales.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is a plus.
