In der Rolle als Sales Consultant für Account Management (m/w/d) bist du ein wichtiger Berater im B2B-Vertrieb, der sich auf die Optimierung von Prozessen und das Change-Management in der Immobilienverwaltung spezialisiert hat. Du kommunizierst mit Immobilienverwaltern aus ganz Deutschland über verschiedene Kanäle wie Telefon, Video-Call oder E-Mail. In unserem dynamischen Team hast du die Möglichkeit, deine Ideen und Erfahrungen einzubringen und flexibel im Homeoffice zu arbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Identifikation und Ansprache potenzieller B2B-Kunden über Telefon und E-Mail. Du pflegst und entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter.
  • Du hörst aktiv auf die Bedürfnisse und Abläufe von Immobilienverwaltungen und präsentierst die Vorteile und Funktionen unserer Software kompetent, insbesondere in Video-Calls und bei Bedarf vor Ort.
  • Du verfolgst zielstrebig den Abschluss von Verträgen und hast Freude an Verhandlungen, die zu erfolgreichen Ergebnissen führen. Dabei behältst du stets den Überblick über deine Verkaufs-Pipeline.
  • Du trägst aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Verkaufsprozesse, des CRM-Systems und der Erweiterung unserer internen Wissensdatenbank bei.
  • Im Austausch mit Interessenten und Kunden sammelst du wertvolle Informationen über Anforderungen, Markttrends und Wettbewerber.

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast eine Leidenschaft für den aktiven Verkauf und überzeugst gerne Menschen, während du Netzwerke aufbaust und pflegst. Dabei bist du hartnäckig, ohne unangenehm zu wirken, und ehrgeizig, ohne überheblich zu sein.
  • Fachkenntnisse aus der Immobilienbranche sind von Vorteil.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und verfügst über hervorragende mündliche sowie schriftliche Fähigkeiten, um effektiv mit Kunden und Teamkollegen zu interagieren.
  • Ein digitales und lernbereites Mindset sowie die Fähigkeit, dich selbstständig in neue Software und Technologien einzuarbeiten, sind für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Dein Verhandlungsgeschick und deine Durchsetzungsstärke sind bemerkenswert.
  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer, kannst aber auch eigenständig, präzise und effizient arbeiten.
