Your Role at Baxter
As a Pricing Specialist, you will serve as a Business Partner for the Kidney Care Germany unit, responsible for supporting and ensuring that current prices and conditions are updated in internal systems.
This role is based in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of 3 days a week onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Kidney Care in calculating and managing different contractual components, such as bonus payments and conditions or bonus provisions.
- Collaborate in cross-functional local pricing projects.
- Process customer cases, price inquiries, and invoice complaints in cooperation with Sales and Customer Service.
- Provide sales support in offer and contract management.
- Obtain approvals for bonus payments in accordance with the applicable approval matrix and post the payments in the system.
- Maintain prices, contracts, and bonus conditions in designated systems.
- Identify deviations from the target status and ensure consistent data quality in the systems.
- Archive contracts, offers, tender documents, and bonus evaluations as well as approvals.
- Ensure that workflows are carried out within SOX regulations, SOP guidelines, and approval processes.
Requirements
- Completed studies with a commercial/business management focus or commercial training.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in pricing, preferably in the pharmaceutical and/or medical technology sector.
- Very good analytical skills, e.g., for the preparation of large amounts of data.
- Interdisciplinary as well as service and solution-oriented thinking and acting.
- Very good communication skills, also cross-functional and across all hierarchical levels.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, good handling of ambiguity.
- Very good command of English and German, written & spoken.
