Join us in building solutions that improve lives. The Bosch Building Technologies division stands as a premier global provider of systems, solutions, and services aimed at enhancing safety for individuals, properties, and buildings while promoting comfort, energy efficiency, and sustainability.

The division encompasses both international product operations and regional system integration services. Currently, we are establishing three key product areas—video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems, and communication systems—as an independent unit to be further developed by a new owner.

  • As a Pricing Specialist for Sales Optimization (f/m/div.), you will play a crucial role in the formation of this new entity, contributing to a globally connected team of approximately 4,300 professionals across over 50 countries.
  • Your expertise in pricing will be instrumental in supporting the organization with tools and methodologies for price enhancement. You will assist in devising innovative pricing strategies (including software & service pricing models and value-based pricing) and implement these strategies throughout the organization. Collaborating with Sales Controlling, you will ensure the effectiveness of pricing initiatives and work with the business to monitor market price trends.
  • Contribute to our market entry strategy by partnering with senior management to formulate sales initiatives and strategies aimed at achieving sales objectives.
  • Throughout the customer and sales journey, you will lead the development of standardized sales processes and initiatives, contributing to the establishment of effective CRM processes, including rollout and organizational change management.
  • Your strong affinity for digital and AI-driven sales tools will help shape our sales landscape.
  • As part of a dynamic, experienced, and international team, you will engage in various aspects of the customer journey and serve as a multiplier to promote the significance of sales and pricing excellence within the organization.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completed university degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience and Knowledge: Several years of experience in consulting, business strategy, or sales excellence roles, preferably within a large international B2B organization. Knowledge of CRM and sales management is advantageous, along with experience in leading cross-functional projects.
  • Personality and Work Style: Self-motivated and proactive, with a convincing and resilient demeanor. Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, goal-oriented approach, and strong analytical skills. Excellent communication abilities across all levels of the organization.
  • Work Routine: Willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • Languages: Business fluent in English and fluent in German.
