Role OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated Pricing Specialist to join our Sales Excellence team. This role is crucial in developing solutions that enhance safety, comfort, energy efficiency, and sustainability through our products and services.
The Bosch Building Technologies division is recognized globally for its comprehensive systems and services. As part of this division, you will engage in international collaboration, contributing to a team of approximately 4,300 professionals across more than 50 countries.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a pricing authority, providing support to the organization with advanced tools and methodologies for price optimization.
- Assist in formulating innovative pricing strategies, including software and service pricing models, and implement these strategies within the organization.
- Ensure the effectiveness of pricing initiatives in partnership with Sales Controlling, and collaborate with the business to monitor market price trends.
- Contribute to the development of our go-to-market strategy, working alongside senior management to create sales initiatives aimed at achieving business objectives.
- Drive the establishment of standardized sales processes and initiatives throughout the customer and sales journey, including CRM process definition and organizational change management.
- Leverage your affinity for digital and AI-driven sales tools to enhance our sales environment.
- Collaborate with a skilled, international team on various aspects of the customer journey, promoting the significance of sales and pricing excellence within the organization.
- Education: Completed university degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of experience in consulting, business strategy, or sales excellence roles, ideally within a large international B2B organization. Knowledge of CRM and sales management is advantageous.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and proactive with a resilient, entrepreneurial mindset. Strong analytical skills and goal-oriented approach, with excellent communication abilities across all levels of the organization.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 10%.
- Language Proficiency: Business fluent in English and fluent in German.
