The Graduate Program:

Your professional growth will be supported by ongoing formal and informal training, guided by a dedicated mentor.

Role Overview:

You will support two branches of NTCE R&D, focusing on financial and general affairs activities.

Financial Responsibilities:

  • Preparing comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Formulating and enforcing financial policies and procedures.
  • Supervising the company's internal financial controls.

General Affairs Responsibilities:

  • Managing office supplies and equipment, including ordering, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Ensuring a well-organized office environment.
  • Coordinating meetings and events, including scheduling, catering arrangements, and preparation of materials.
  • Arranging travel logistics for employees, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Engaging in employee relations activities, including performance improvement plans and absence management.
  • Assisting with international assignment processes.
  • Analyzing employee survey results and implementing necessary action plans.
  • Supporting learning and development initiatives.
  • Coordinating talent acquisition communications.
  • Contributing to diversity and inclusion efforts and engagement strategies.
  • Leading corporate social responsibility initiatives and managing relevant budgets.
  • Collaborating with communications teams for internal HR updates.

You may also be tasked with other reasonable duties as required by the business.

Qualifications for Success:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred, whether through internships, work experience, or volunteering.
  • Strong attention to detail.

  • An inquisitive approach to problem-solving.
