Graduate Program Overview:

Role Summary:
You will support two branches of NTCE R&D, contributing to various HR activities.
Financial Responsibilities:
- Generating financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Formulating and enforcing financial policies and procedures.
- Supervising the company's internal control systems.
General Affairs Responsibilities:
- Overseeing office supplies and equipment management, including ordering and inventory.
- Ensuring a well-maintained office environment.
- Organizing meetings and events, including scheduling and catering arrangements.
- Coordinating travel logistics for employees.
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Engaging in employee relations activities, such as performance improvement plans and flexible working arrangements.
- Assisting with international assignment processes.
- Analyzing employee survey results and implementing necessary action plans.
- Supporting learning and development initiatives.
- Managing talent acquisition communications.
- Contributing to diversity and inclusion efforts and engagement strategies.
- Leading site-level well-being initiatives and managing associated budgets.
- Collaborating with communications teams for internal HR updates.
Additional tasks as required by business needs.
Qualifications for Success:
- A degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Preferably some prior experience in HR or administrative roles through internships or volunteering.
- Strong attention to detail.

- An inquisitive approach to problem-solving.
